Why I Recommend My Health Recharge Program: Mr Rajendra Mehta – OneMi

A cancer diagnosis often feels like the earth shifting beneath a person’s and his or her family’s feet. For most, it brings with it helplessness, fear, and a storm of uncertainty. The word cancer alone carries immense weight, linked in most minds with pain, suffering, and struggle.
But for Mr. Rajendra Mehta, a man in his mid-seventies.
A businessman.
A major investor of OneMi and CancerMitr and also the proud father of the company’s founders Mansi and Niyati Mehta, the journey is one of strength, self-discipline, and unwavering optimism.
Mr. Mehta has always been the embodiment of health and energy. Even in his mid-70s, he follows a strict routine with almost monk-like discipline. He’s the kind of person who wakes up at 4 a.m., meditates, exercises, and eats clean all before many others have opened their eyes.
So, when his daughter, Mansi Mehta—who was developing CanTrack, AI-powered symptom tracker, ran his report, she was unsurprised to find her father scored the healthiest profile across the team.
“Even those in their 20s showed signs of lifestyle-related symptoms,” she recalled, “but not Papa.”
That’s why the news hit like thunder.
Earlier this year, Mr. Mehta underwent a routine health check-up, which included a PSA (prostate-specific antigen) test—a marker for prostate health. His levels came back at 255. Further scans and a biopsy confirmed the diagnosis: prostate cancer, already spread to the bones.
Prostate cancer is a condition where uncontrolled division of abnormal cells occurs in the prostate, a gland in the male reproductive system located below the bladder. The scans revealed that the disease had spread to the bones.
“He doesn’t smoke or drink. He follows a strict vegetarian diet and avoids junk food. His age seemed like the only possible risk factor,” said Mansi.
But Mr. Mehta was still fresh, calm and energetic even at the time of diagnosis.
“I’m okay,” he said with a smile. “Mentally and emotionally, I’m a very tough person.”
This resilience didn’t emerge overnight. It has been cultivated over a lifetime of self-discipline and, more recently, through learning. “Over a decade ago, I barely knew anything about cancer. But now, my daughters and I keep ourselves educated. My daughters… They read medical papers, watch expert videos, and speak to doctors almost daily,” he shared with pride.
Instead of rushing into chemo, radiation, or surgery, the family opted for a different path, one rooted in science, but also in holistic healing. Mr. Mehta began hormone therapy to control the spread and reduce his PSA levels. Then came the pivotal decision: enrolling him in CancerMitr’s My Health Recharge program.
This program, grounded in emerging medical insights, focuses on correcting metabolic imbalances, boosting immunity, and cleansing the body through targeted nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
Cancer is a disease that occurs mostly due to poor immunity and metabolic health. While there is still a cacophony of debates around whether cancer in itself is a metabolic or genetically induced disease, it is a fact that poor metabolic health creates an environment that may fuel cancer development.
“Cancer doesn’t only begin because of genes. It can take root in poor metabolic health—low immunity, high sugar, chronic inflammation,” Mr. Mehta explained. “And correcting that can be a game-changer.”
Mr. Mehta underwent all the important tests to understand his metabolic health: sugar tests, lipid profile, vitamin tests, and more.
“I underwent a test that no one else usually undergoes—which is the heavy metal test. It revealed all the minerals that are either in excess or deficient,” he said.
With expert input, CancerMitr’s team tailored a protocol just for him, complete with supplements, medicines, and a vital step often overlooked: deworming.
“I remember my grandmother used to say there’s a worm in everyone’s stomach that makes us sick,” he said, chuckling. But science backs it up, parasites can silently drain nutrients, weaken immunity, and sabotage cancer recovery. Deworming helped improve his digestion, nutrient absorption, and energy.
Alongside these interventions, Mr. Mehta committed fully to his detox diet. He removed milk and sugar, added more proteins, and embraced ingredients like sattu powder, avocado, and lemon. “Sattu is something I recommend to everyone,” he smiled. He also exercises every day for 30 minutes, either gym, walking, or swimming.
His routine remains unchanged, and so, it seems, has his energy. “I feel so energetic!” he beamed. “The truth is, my life hasn’t changed. The disease hasn’t altered who I am.”
After 90 days on the My Health Recharge protocol, his PSA levels dropped, and his vitamin and mineral levels returned to normal. Yet the journey is ongoing. His doctors now suggest chemotherapy, and Mr. Mehta is thoughtfully considering it. “Maybe I will. But so far, this detox has worked wonders for me,” he said.
He shows no typical symptoms of cancer. His BMI is healthy. His urine habits are normal. He is, by every outward sign, thriving.
“Imagine being able to fight cancer without the burden of chemo or radiation symptoms. You protect your quality of life” he shared.
His journey has been shaped by personal loss. More than a decade ago, his wife passed away from breast cancer after a long, painful battle with side effects. “We didn’t know much back then—how to manage the symptoms, how to care better,” he said. It’s what drives him now: to do things differently.
His daughter Niyati, too, once faced a precancerous condition of the pancreas. Her experience added to the family’s deep understanding of side effects and holistic recovery. (Read Niyati’s story here.)
“In my case, I just don’t want this disease or its treatment, to limit my ability to live fully,” he said. “So far, I feel great. I want to keep it that way.”
And yet, he remains grounded. “I’ll never say this program is a replacement for traditional treatment,” he added. “Cancer is serious. We must do everything possible to fight it. But we must also look at therapies that support our body, our mind, and our quality of life.”
Across the world, researchers are exploring new ways to treat and manage cancer—shifting the focus beyond just destroying the disease to also nurturing the body’s ability to heal. One area gaining increasing attention is the role of metabolic health and immunity in controlling cancer progression and improving outcomes.
Mr. Mehta, drawing from both personal experience and family insights, believes this approach is not just promising, it’s essential.
“We need to start taking seriously the therapies and protocols that improve quality of life and reduce the harsh side effects of treatment” he said. “My Health Recharge program plays a powerful role in that.”
His belief isn’t based on theory alone. His younger brother, who is currently undergoing traditional treatment for bladder cancer, is also on the detox protocol. The difference has been dramatic.
“He used to go to the toilet more than 15 times a day because of his cancer,” Mr. Mehta shared. “Since starting the My Health Recharge program, that number has come down significantly. It’s made a real impact.”
Still, he is honest about the challenges. The most difficult part of the detox journey?
“The taste buds,” he laughed, with a twinkle in his eye. “If there’s anything that betrays us, it’s the cravings. But once we learn to master them, once we make those small sacrifices, the results are worth it.”
Today, even after his diagnosis, Mr. Mehta continues to live by the same disciplined routine he always has, early mornings, meditation, daily exercise, and a nutrient-rich diet filled with fresh fruits and juices. He’s especially mindful of keeping his sugar levels under control.
His philosophy is simple but powerful: “The mind is the first thing we need to conquer when facing the Big C,” he said with quiet strength. “And I know I am very strong.”
With courage, clarity, and commitment, he hopes his journey inspires others, not just to treat disease, but to transform their health from within. “I truly believe more people can benefit from the detox process,” he said. “It’s not just about managing cancer, it’s about preventing it, too.”
And he hopes his story will inspire others to believe in the same.
